The February 17 meeting has been cancelled because of
Ash Wednesday and that there was no host council.

The
Chapter
is still looking for a host council for March 17 and May 19.
The proposed By-Laws change for the Chairman's term that was discussed
at the November meeting was to have been voted at the December meeting.
However, due to a lack of quorum, this was tabled. The Chairman has some other
possible changes. Therefore, the By-Law change will be held in abeyance
until all other By-Law changes are discussed.
The Death Benefit Chairmen will be sending a letter to all Fund members shortly
regarding the Fund's operation.

"The primary purpose of the Organization is to assist in every way, financial or otherwise, cases of genuine distress amongst the Brother Knights in good standing of affiliated councils. It shall consider and promote all matters of general Catholic and patriotic interest and adopt such measures as shall be deemed necessary to promote same, and encourage the participation of affiliated councils in the furtherance of these purposes."
